I'm searching for the "perfect paper". This is a drawing paper actually, it can take washes but not to much corrections, I'll have to make an spontaneous execution. Gives me ideas but it seems quite difficult. I hope I'll have the possibility soon to make outdoor sketches on this paper to see what I can make out of it. I'll continue searching for the perfect "paper though"...

they look great for drawing paper helen what weight paper are you using? ...maybe it's a good thing not to be able to make too many corrections :)..have you tried sketching on canson montval is very forgiving ...watercolour moleskine is beautiful too but expensive.
ReplyDeleteyou'll find your perfect paper in time. there are techniques that we're not willing to let go and the paper we have won't just consent such method hence the search. but you'll find it. ^_^
